Traffic along major roads leading to the central part of Jos, the Plateau State capital was today frozen as supporters of the former Plateau State Commissioner of Finance, Davou Mang trooped out in their numbers to back him on his House of Reps bid.

The uncontrollable crowd of supporters which dominated the road between the Plateau State Polytechnic Jos and the State Secretariat flyover caused traffic slowdown as they danced to his campaign themes.

Mang who submitted his nomination form for the 2019 House of Reps elections at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Secretariat, Jos pledged to carry everyone along if voted.

The ex commissioner had organized an aggressive prayer session on his ambition earlier in the day at his Jos residence before proceeding to the party office for the submission of forms.

Hence, Hon. Mang who is aspiring for the House of Reps seat for Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal constituency was confident about his victory in the 2019 elections.

He however sued for sustained prayers and counsel of his constituents to enable him deliver on his mandate after the polls.

The Organizing Secretary of the State PDP, Hon. Yakubu Gwott who received the form on behalf of the state officials of the party pledged a level playing field for all aspirants, advising the ex commissioner to eschew bitterness in his campaign.
