The Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong on Friday relaxed the earlier imposed 10pm to 6am curfew in Jos North and South Local Government Areas by 2 hours.

The curfew is now to last between 12 midnight and 6am daily, a statement by the acting secretary to Government of the State, Richard Tokma said.

The review follows the improvement of the security situation in the two Local Government Areas, the statement says.

It advises citizens to go about their normal duties without fear of molestation and to report suspicious persons to security agencies.
