Renowned Central Nigerian Activist, Mr. Musa Bagos yesterday won his Primary election for the PDP Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency ticket.

At the election which took place at the Langfield Park and Gardens, Jos, Mr. Bagos polled 114 to beat Mr. Ezekiel Dalyop who scored 61 votes. 

Other contenders, Gyang Tanko and Choji Gyang polled 21 and 25 votes respectively.

The victory according Mr. Bagos was an affirmation of his call to service. 

Bagos who literally broke down in tears after being declared winner of the Primaries said he was touched while reflecting over the pains the constituency has suffered in recent years.

The work ahead therefore, Bagos said was big that he would need the support of all including his beaten opponents.

Bagos who is the convener of Plateau Youth G-17 group, a coalition of youth groups from the 17 Local Government Areas of the State has been a youth and human rights activist for years.
