Jos the Plateau State capital is about to come on fire as gospel entertainment warlords from all over Nigeria are billed to storm the city with one of the most explosive concerts in history.

MKB learns most of the guest performers who include local and international stars have already arrived the Central Nigerian city ahead of the highly anticipated show slated for tomorrow, November 11, 2018 at Dadin Kowa Youth Centre, Jos by 1pm.

The show tagged "Music and More" is a gospel music concert organized by La-Rock international Records, Jos, Nigeria.

Designed to hold annually, this year's event is the first of its editions.

The event aims to promote young talents, providing opportunities for them to display and market their potentials before thousands of entertainment loving spectators, up and coming stars as well as marketers in the entertainment industry, CEO of La-Rock records, Mr. Gwom Peter Jr aka GPJ told MKB.

"This is expected to open doors for them to be discovered and possibly funded for greater exploits now or later.

"The program equally aims to take youths out of the streets where they get to meet with different characters and indulge in different unwholesome activities that could endanger their lives and the society.

"It aims to discourage drug abuse and all forms of violent behavior that could further disrupt the peace process in the State.

"The event further hopes to promote nationalism and unity among youths with a view to mending broken relationships that have arisen sequel to the violent ethno religious conflicts that have bedevilled the state over the past one decade," he said in a note to MKB.

The maiden edition of the program is billed to feature music and dance performances by different up and coming Nigerian artists, expert talks as well as a new song release by the CEO, La-Rock international records.

The event is organized as part of activities marking the anniversary celebration of La-Rock international records which will be marked with an album release by Mr. GPJ, MKB learns.
