A former aspirant for the House of Representative for Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency, under the All Progressive Congress (APC), David Bitrus says the APC will win most of the elective positions in Plateau State.

Speaking with newsmen in Jos the Plateau State, Mr. Bitrus said President Mohammed Buhari and Governor Simon Lalong's performances have endeared them, as well as the APC to many.

Athough he lost the legislative ticket at the Primaries, Mr. Bitrus said his confidence in the Party has made him firm in canvassing support for all its aspirants, including the person who defeated him.

He urged the electorates to disregard any allegations of conspiracy against the APC especially on the shifted Federal Polls.

He said the postponement has affected all not just opposition parties.

Calling for the resignation of the INEC chairman is however a wrong thing to seek, he said.

Bitrus urged citizens to support INEC and the federal government to deliver credible elections.
